I looked at the link as well FJK and it the information seems to be fairly outdated. I was wondering the same thing. A lot of those links are either not there anymore or are in different places.

If it's based off of post count then why don't I have any rank at all. Saw force aware people with under 100 posts. I have over that and have never been force awar or any other

I figured it out. Play around with the options. It just isn't exactly as that link illustrates anymore.
