So I want to convert two of my Ultrasabers stunt sabers and add sound to them any ways I have been doing some research and I have a couple questions. First is that I know they press fit their latching switches into their sabers and the soundboard I will be using is the hasbro econo board so I want to use a 16mm momentary switch. I know I need to drill out the switch hole but my question is how much do i need to drill it out? Does anyone what drill bit I would need ? My second question is that I was curious about their V4 lines I was wondering if their "stock" sound pommels fit the standard TCSS pommel C clip and insert combination. Thank you for your help :)

May I ask, which hasbro sound board will you be using? And if you have a diagram of the finished work? I currently have one sitting but too timid to use it in a build. I don't want to fry it along with my momentary LED switch.

Sorry for the late reply unfortunately life got in the way, anyways the diagram I used came from here I used diagram posted here http://forums.thecustomsabershop.com/showthread.php?8589-Cheapy-Hasbro-Wiring-Diagrams by lord maul that was credited to Flyerfly. Also I just recently wired up the saber, the led I used is an old Seoul P4 led but the led appears to be dim is this normal or did I do something wrong?
