Hey, i was wondering if a Makoto Tsai lightsaber (which is an L.E.D strip blade) was durable enough to fight against an ultrasaber heavy grade blade? if not could a medium grade blade work? i do know the makoto is known for it's durablity so i was curious.

You realize this site is linked to a manufacturer that is neither of those mentioned.
It's like posting a question about Yugo vs Buick on a BMW website.
Most sabers use Polycarbonate blades (read 'Lexan'), which are very tough. I think PC tubes are only made in 1/8" and 1/16" thicknesses. the rest of the descriptions (from US) is just marketing hype.
Use the thinner blades.
