I recently brought a Hasbro Build your own Blaster rifle for my girlfriend's costume. It looks great but unfortunatley after 1 - 10 shots (depending on if you have the magazine in) a goofy sounding explosion goes off which I would like to remove. Also the accent led along the barrel only say lit for a few shots before being turned off and I would love for them to always stay on as long as I have the power switch on. Any electronics gurus out there that can possibly help me out?

For the sound issue you could always replace the sound card. I am sure if you go to plector labs website they have blaster sound fonts dor all their soundcards. Here is a link to their blaster specfic board.

I also think this would help with the lights issue as well
