Just wanted to double check my wiring for an illuminated switch that turns on with the blade LED.

This does not look correct to me. I've never done a buck puck setup, but you would be limiting the blade's current with the resistor on the switch LED. I think that you need to sever the wire currently leading away from the LED+ terminal and wire that end in a (parallel configuration) to the same place that the switch LED is getting it's feed (NO1?)

I'm fuzzy on everything else, so by all means wait for more feedback, but wiring the switch LED and main LED in a serial configuration seems wrong to me.

Also, what's the switch you are using? That will affect the resistor calculations for it. With what we know now, we don't have enough information to confirm your current specified value.

Keep the resistor that is going from the NO1 to the LED+ terminals. Then connect the NO1 to the Buckpuck red wire. It'll work fine then.

That's what was bugging me! Thanks Serpent, this was driving me nuts. It's a red illuminated AV switch for the record.

The resistor value is correct for a red switch and 7.4v pack.

Worked great! Will post pictures soon.

Edit: Here is the switch in the new box I installed on my brother's ultra.
