Looking to start my first saber and need a little help with the wiring. I not going sound on this one. I love the look of the AV switchs but don't want a long one. So I'm looking at the short momentary ones. What I need is help wiring up the polo. Would someone be able to take a look and tell me if I'm on the right track here.

Am I off base here or does this look good?

Looks right to me. you could always order this http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/MWS-Momentary-to-Latching-Converter-P932.aspx it comes wired. Or just take a look at it to double check. Also make sure you have the one that is rated for the voltage you are going to be using. I made that mistake and ordered the 2v-7v one and was planning on using 7.4v battery pack. Ended up having to change things and use a 3.7v instead. But to answer your question again yes that looks right but please double check with the image from the link above.

Can I just ask another question here since the topic exists. I'm planning to fit one of these in the section of the http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/MHS-speaker-mount-V6-For-28mm-Speakers-P892.aspx where the NB would usually go, temporarily until I upgrade with sound. Will it actually fit? I'm not exactly sure how you wire it up, do the header pins stick up out of it?

I don't know for sure, But it looks like it would work. May have to do some work to get it to stay put as it is a very small unit.
