All parts consisted of PVC pipe, Electrical tape, quarter machine toy skull, superglue, suede chord and a beat up MR pommel.

Just though I would share. It made a great Halloween prop for my son year before last. It didn't last long. but it was fairly awesome for about 4 days. These pictures were taken the day after Halloween.
