Tri Cree Mixing Colors

Has anyone mixed colors using deep red over a regular red? I can purchase a tri cree with deep red, royal blue, and green, but I'm afraid the deep red won't mix well with the other colors.

I know it's been tried with mixed results. You would just have to experiment for yourself if that is what you really want to do.

If the results are mixed, I'll just stick to a standard red to avoid any issues. Thanks for the reply.
