Flash LED staying on...

I'm running a NB2 and I just finished charging it. Before I plugged it in there were no issues. I left it plugged in for a couple hours, came back, unplugged it, and now the white LED (running Tri-rebel GGW) is on in what seems to be a low-power mode. I've tried the kill switch and turning it off/on and clashing it a couple times but the light stays on when it is "off" and powered. Even when it goes into standby mode the led stays on.

Any ideas?

You have a wire grounding somewhere.

I've gone through the wiring (after pulling almost the entire thing apart) and I think the power extender has gone kaput. I disconnected it from the NB and put the battery on, and the problem still persists. None of my connections are crossed on it.

You might have a bridge somewhere. Good high quality close up pictures of your wiring on the board and LED would be helpful.
