Hello everyone!
Don't let my join date fool you, I've been lurking here for a coupla years, reading, researching, and planning. I'm almost ready to pull the trigger and build my first saber. I bought my soldering iron, ESD safe, as well as most of the other shop supplies/equipment I should need to get started. I plan on building a simple saber to begin with and upgrading later as I get more experience. I also have about six (currently) other hilt designs floating around in my head, so I don't plan on stopping at one (and I've already figured out that this is going to be an expensive hobby) :) I look forward to learning a lot and having fun.
