Hi, I sick and tired of searching on ebay, alibaba, aliexpress...
I am searching this:

I tried searchin with the words:
- LED string
- LED strip
- LED strand

and all I get are f**ng christmas lights. Is there any way to buy this kind of LED string in any website to global shipping? What is the name of this string? what words should I use to search it??

The only source for premade LED string blades that I'm aware of is inside the MR/Hasbro sabers. Other than that, you're buying them from someone in the saber community who builds them for sale, or making them yourself. It's such an unusual item that there's no real mass-market availability for them.

SS is correct, people either build their own, or try to re-use strings out of MR/Hasbro sabers (which aren't that great).
