I am currently designing a saber and I have two questions I can't seem to find on this forum.
1. Where is the best placement for the retention screw on the blade holder seen below? (style 23) The angled surface kind of sets me off.

2. What is the best retention screw in terms of head size? I am looking to get something that would be very small and discrete (nearly flesh with the aluminum surface), but I haven't seen anything at the shop that meets my expectations.

I currently have a saber with this blade holder. I found for the best grip on the blade place the screw just up from the threads about an inch centering one of the claws.

For discrete I would use this item

I have a similar blade holder(style 10). I specified a location along the centerline between the prongs and about midway from the non-threaded base to the lowest point between the prongs.
