Hey all. I'm a new saber builder from Northern WV. I've been reading the various forums for a while and I have to commend you all on the community you have built up and I'm proud to be joining you ranks. I'm awaiting my first shipment from Tim which should be here Friday and I need some help deciding on what to do with it.

Here is what I have so far. http://i.imgur.com/ddRxLC5l.png?2 (http://imgur.com/ddRxLC5)

It is very plain so I need help deciding on how to customize it. I was thinking on etching/engraving something personal to the wielder on the blade holder. I've never done any etching before but I can get help I think plus learn a new skill. I have a bit of a back story started on the Jedi who uses it if anyone wants to read it. It is very basic with no real details but the general idea for the character's story is there. I was also thinking of a wrap on the grip section possibly. I went with a green blade and a NBv2 if that helps.

Any ideas or tips would be appreciated.

Looks awesome! What color are you thinking about using? Is it a stunt or a sound saber?

When you learn the wrap the handle post up a tutorial. I'm thinking about creating a second saber out of spare parts I've collected from upgrading my current saber and I want to wrap the handle.
