Hello,

I am new to the Nano Biscotte, but I was curious if it was possible to bypass the AMP on the board for the purpose of connecting a 1/8" phono jack or an RCA Jack for external speaker connection. I know that you can use resistors to divide the voltage if you are going directly from the speaker pads, but I was curious if there was a way to bypass it all together.

Thanks,

Joshua

First off, Welcome to the Forums.

Why would you want to connect external speakers to a saber? As far as I know, the Amp is hard wired onto the board.

I was going to use it for an application outside of a saber, but wanted the features that the Nano Biscotte offers. I was thinking that perhaps I could use some surge suppressing Capacitor maybe something like these Electrolytic Decoupling Caps. https://www.sparkfun.com/products/96

Edit: Thank you for the welcome, and sorry for my lack of manners in my original response :-)
