Tri Rebel Brightness vs. Tri Rebel RGB Brightness

Hello, I am new to the custom saber scene and was wondering if there is a huge difference in brightness over say a Tri Rebel BBW and a Tri Rebel RGB when using a single color on the RGB.

If you are using 2 blues versus 1 blue, then yes, the 2 blues will be a bit brighter. If you are using 1 blue versus 1 blue,then no, they should be very similar.
