Hello! I'm new to the forums, and I have a simple question. If I were to order this: http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/MHS-speaker-and-2x-AA-battery-holder-P766.aspx, how would I go about wiring this? Also, if I were to order this: http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/Rebel-Star-LED-MHS-Heatsink-Module-P653.aspx
how would I wire these on the NB V2 soundboard?
Thanks!

First off, Welcome to the Forums.

All those questions can be answered in the NB manual (which is in the store, next to the soundcard)

In the store, next to the soundcard... can you please send me a link? I can't seem to find it...
(Unless you mean in a physical store XD)
Sorry for the trouble!

It's in the description, a few lines down:

Also, one more question... if I were to buy this: http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/Rebel-Star-LED-MHS-Heatsink-Module-P653.aspx
what would the appropriate resistor be? (I don't wanna burn out my first saber!) The color is the first blue... the one for $10.
It says "all other colors should be ran at 1000 mA." If I used this: http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/Li-Ion-18650-37V-2600mAh-PCB-Protected-Rechargeable-Battery-Module-P672.aspx , what would the resistor be?
Thanks

For the specs on your Rebel LEDs, look at this store page: http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/Luxeon-Rebel-Star-P523.aspx

The blue is run with forward voltage of 3.4v @ 1000mA. You will have a source voltage of 3.7v with that battery pack. Plug those values into the resistor calculator in my sig, and you'll get an appropriate resistor to use.

You can also learn Ohm's Law if you want to do the calculations yourself.

Thank you soooo much! I got a 1 ohm, 2 watt resistor :D
That look ok?
(Sorry for bugging you so much!)

That will work just fine.

ok... thank you very much! Also... what do the colored wires on: http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/NB-V2-MWS-Header-and-Wiring-Harness-P961.aspx
mean?
Thanks again!

Read through the Nano Biscotte manual and all will become clear.

But wait... thanks for you help... but the Wiring Harness doesn't seem to support a Kill Switch. The negative is covered... so the third connection isn't possible, right? I may be wrong... but just a concern. Thanks!

http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/MWS-Recharge-Port-P877.aspx

It works just fine. One negative (the green wire in the NBv2 manual p.8 ) goes from the board to the recharge port. The other negative (the black wire in the manual) goes from the recharge port to the battery negative. Any electronics that would normally go to the battery negative will go to the green recharge port connection instead.

With a kill switch setup, there is only ONE connection to the battery negative, and that is the one that runs to the black wired recharge port terminal in the manual. Everything else goes to the other negative terminal.

ok thank you very much! :D
I have seen my mistakes, "Master Silver Serpent" :P
Sorry if I bug you more... I want my first saber to be perfect (with what I can do with my materials, that is X3)

ok so I hope this is my last question... and this will (hopefully) solve my problem. I have figured out the wiring for my saber... just one more teensy question:
I used the LED resistor calculator in your desc. and got a 39 ohm, 1/8 watt resistor for this switch: http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/12mm-Anti-Vandal-Momentary-Blue-Ring-Switch-P921.aspx ( I am using a 3.7 volt lithium ion battery )

Would this resistor work: http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/20mA-DynaOhm-Variable-Resistor-P847.aspx
because I can only find 39 ohm, 1/4 watt resistors anywhere else...

The DynaOhm will work fine. The 39 ohm 1/4 watt resistors will also work fine.

Wattage is a minimum, you can always use a higher wattage resistor than what is recommended. Don't go overboard, since 5+ watt resistors are REALLY BIG and take up a ton of room in your hilt.
