This is my latest build. It took about 4 months to go from concept sketch to final build. Overall, I am really happy with how this turned out. I used stock MHS parts and materials from the TCSS, along with my own designed and 3D printed parts...the bunny ears, crystal chamber, and crystal are all 3D printed. The hilt look and feel was inspired by Ahsoka Tano's lightsaber.

Specs:
Petit Crouton V3
Hero, Rouge, and Flourish sound fonts
Tri-Cree GGR LED (R for a nice yellow-green FOC)
14650 Li-ion pack
Premium speaker
2.1mm recharge port
AV Switch serves as power on indicator
Crystal is wired in line with the main LED

The hilt was finished using automotive grade self-etching spray paint. The shroud is metallic silver with several clear coats to give the finish depth along with minor weathering. The main body of the hilt is painted in black chrome with minor weathering. I wanted something that had the "used but cared for" look. I originally has planned on polishing up the MHS shroud material to a mirror finish, but I was uncertain I could obtain that look with the 3D printed bunny ears, so the metallic silver was a nice compromise that allowed both the parts to marry up well. And I like the look of the metallic silver under the clear coat. Clicking on the images will take you to a Flickr gallery with more photos. Video to come!!

Great build! And I really love your choice of sound fonts, which do you believe is your favorite?

Sweet saber! Any pics of the chamber pre-install? It looks like a lot of detail in there... what did you print the components out of? Always interested in people's use of 3d-printing...

A very solid saber design, I love it. The colour of the blade fits the hilt too! I would love to see details of the crystal chamber, the pics hint at an unique design there!

Thanks for the kind words! I am really proud of the overall build.

Unfortunately I didn't take any build-log style pictures of this one. I used Shapeways to get the design printed...if you guys are interested PM me and I can send you a link...for whatever reason I can't get a photo to upload right now.

Amazing. Love the use of the graflex pins. I've been wanting to incorporate those into a non-graflex saber for quite some time. Beautiful work.
