This is what i want my Lightsaber to look like. This is what my hilt is so far. I have already purchased a CF7 and colour extender. Before I go any further with my build, I want to know if someone has successfully mounted two SPST Momentary tactile switch (http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/SPST-Momentary-tactile-switch-P285.aspx) into activation box style 8 (http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/Activation-box-style-8-P637.aspx) and with a natural card. Also, how would you wire the switches up to the CF as they have 4 pins? Is it possible to have the PLI mounted into the hilt and have Tim mill a slot on the activation box and the ribbed extension? I don't think it's possible because of the threads. If that's the case then I'll just put it into the bottom grip.

First off, Welcome to the Forums!

Yes, people have mounted those type of switches into that type of box. To wore those switches up, you wire the switch wire and ground to one side only of that type of switch.

Regarding the PLI, you are correct, that Tim would need to go through threads based on where you have it. Also putting it into the grip section might be tight, depending on what else you are cramming into that saber.
