If you're talking about this one it's an inch in diameter and about 1 inch long without LED and lens.

Dgdue Thank you for getting back to me. Yes that is the module I was looking at. I make my own sabers and I’m looking for Led’s. I did look at some of the blade holders but to me there isn’t enough blade being held. I use 3 to 4 inches of 1” EMT to hold the blade. I don’t use sink pipes for the hilt. Too thing and weak. I use metal closet pipes. The EMT fits in with enough room for me to JB Kwik it in. So I guess I was looking for the diameter for the Module. I’m sure it will work for what ever I do but I want to be sure on all that I buy so I don’t waste money.
Darth Obi Don thank you also. I was looking at the heatsink as well which has the dimensions on the page.

Does anyone know the dimensions of the Rebel star LED & Heatsink module?

Im not sure what your asking, but do you mean the MHS Tcss unit in store?

Is that what you mean? (I dont know the exact measurements) They are designed to sit perfectly in the Tcss blade holders and are epic sweet! Im not sure if they will fit other sabers or blade holders from elsewhere.

If your going to attempt to build a "custom" around it, or a sweet stunt (pvc or sink tube kind) Tcss also sells tons of different blade holders/heatsink combo units that work perfect for those as well. You can attempt to mount this unit in some way, but at that point Id just go on and order one that way its in hand for any issues.

I hope that helps
