Can some one post a picture of how to wire a recharge port to a PC 2.0 because i dont know which pads to wire it to?

There is a picture of how to do it in the PC manual. ;)

when it says "to board (-)" what does that mean?

The main Power (-) a.k.a the power supply pads. Where you have connected the batteries if you were attaching the batteries directly to the board.
