I used a few design ques from some great people in our hobby, I looked to StrengthofRages Warlord for some design inspiration when I got stuck, VV for the idea to use clear acrylic in the bar graph opening and Madcows switch style. I know I'm probably forgetting someone/thing else though

I fit the recharge port, cf v5, bar graph and the switches in a 4 inch mhs extension. The elbow is a 45 degree sink joint, I hacked the connecting ends off and shortened the mhs adapters to fit in for the angle I liked. The bar graph is a 7 segment smd led graph and main led is a tri-rebel GGRb with the GG in series, and wow it is bright! The wrap is a rubberized type of tape, it is used in industrial applications and only sticks to itself. I wrapped the handle and then sealed it with several coats of clear. The powder coating is a color I got by combining a copper sating and a trans copper. The shield is salt water etched, all the shrouds are held in place by set screws from the inside for a cleaner look as well as the recharge port being threaded too.

We don't discuss sales here on these forums.

That being said, Elbe could definitely make some good money in this hobby if he chose to do so. A truly beautiful saber!

And here I am, late to the party as usual. Absolutely gorgeous work. Looks like something that a true Makashi master would design for himself. Elegant and refined, as well as functional.

A beautiful job, also, when I first glanced at the shield, as an opponent would face it, it looked a little like a skull. Hope that is not offensive to you, just an observation.

Nice. First time I've seen a curved Jedi hilt. I like it.
