Laser cut Vinyl

I'm planning on doing some etching on my hilt, but I don't know where/how to get laser cut vinyl small enough for my designs.

Any ideas? And I'd rather not cut all the small letters by hand!

Check hobby shops. The scrapbooking section of Michael's is a good place to start. Or ask around to see if you know anyone with a Cricut machine. I know those will cut vinyl shapes and letters.
