I have recent come into a guardian from ultrasabers, but I want to tcss-affy it by boring/threading out the emitter area and putting in one of the tcss emitters? Any suggestions?

If any knows offhand a place/service for it, and what the thread size is for the mhs compatible emitters, I would be appreciative.

A good machinist should be able to determine the thread size by examining the threads on your MHS pieces. You may have a machine shop locally, check around.

I've checked the machine shops around (still in process) and none of them seem to have a tap for the boring, anyone else ever try this before? Any pointers?

A machine shop would use a lathe and cut any size threads not a tap.
