Pre-plannign 1st build, OD of 1.25LED?

Forgive me if this is somewhere obvious, it probably is but I searched the forums exhaustively. I'm planning to make my own hilt, other than the LED / blade holder which I'd order here along with electronics. So the questions:

What's the outer diameter of the 1.25" Sink tube LED/Blade holder part # 1.25LED (http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/125-Sink-tube-LEDBlade-holder--P269.aspx)?

If it turns out to be unsuitable for my purposes, will 1.18blank (http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/118-OD-LEDBlade-holder--P644.aspx) or 1.25blank (http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/125-OD-LEDBlade-holder--P591.aspx) work with a Tri-Rebel or LEDEngin; what modifications would be necessary if so?

I'm pretty sure your first part's OD is a hair under 1.25". I would contact the store to be sure. Tim's a good guy, he'll let you know what you need to know about the parts.
