Darth Revan Synthesis Saber

I have been wanting to finish this project for quite some time. This hilt was born from the saber that was my KotOR POC. That saber never became fully functional, but donated it's body to science...and was reborn as my vision of a Revan saber. This is not a direct copy of anyone's concept. It is a "synthesis" of design cues from the many versions out there. I personally love the gold (or is it copper??) simplicity of the version on the 501st site...so I went with it. I also love the Deviant Art saber's flow in the design, so I also went with that. Once complaint that I had with Wolfen's Revan was the switch placement...I rectified that in this saber by using a Force Relics double switch cradle. The switches are nearly flush. I haz a happy on how those came out. I also wanted this saber to sport some "new" tech so I went ahead and used a rectangular Li-Po battery pack in it. So far so good. I think I may go ahead and use more of these in the future. I also went with a custom Tri-Cree for the main LED and a dual LED Crystal Pommel. I really wanted this hilt to remain true to the in game hilt in that it had to be elegant while maintaining it's simplicity. I hope y'all like it.

Ahh, Revan: my favourite EU character and owner of my favourite lightsaber design. This, of course, is very well done. I love the blade color. The switches look awesome; that must have been a serious pain to mount them.

Thanks guys. The switches were not horribly difficult to mount, but were more difficult than, say... an AV switch or the standard guarded or judco switches.

Thank you as well. I am a big enough fan of the pommel that if it became a regular MHS part, I think it would do quite well.
