Attached image is the internal view of the build I wanted to make. I am not sure where the momentary switch should go. I was thinking of putting it on one of the adapters but I am not sure if thats even possible. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Ok, Where (and more importantly how) are you going to attach the main switch? Also, what were you thinking of trying to fit into this saber?

It depends on the switch. An AV style switch would really only fit on the ribbed grooved section. Other smaller switches (e.g. http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/SPST-Momentary-tactile-switch-P285.aspx http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/SPST-Momentary-tactile-switch-P641.aspx http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/Black-momentary-switch-P558.aspx ) could go in a number of places. The only place I'd recommend avoiding is the threaded portions of your parts. While it *can* be done in a threaded section, it's not easy for a novice, and you can quickly mess up parts if you're not careful.
