ThaT CF can run ON A SINGLE 18650 from the shop. NEwer CF's need 7.4V, but that one will do okay on 3.7V (in other words, a single 18650 pre made pack)

I was going.to get one of those until I realizes only a 10-32 button head screw was holding everyevery togeather I'd like one for a static prob maybe..

4 inches should be plenty of room. You could stack your CF on 2AA sized Li-Ions and still have around 1.5" left for speaker and a bit of resonating space/port.

I'm having pretty much that same issue: fit just about everything in a 4" section. I originally had the TCSS 14500x4 pack and it's right at 4", too big for my use. I ended up ordering a 14650x2 pack. About 1/3 The capacity, but short enough for the section without sacrificing too much run time (I hope).

Of course, if you build your own packs, you'd prolly have more versatility...

Good luck!

If I can fit 2 14500, a cf and a v4 speaker holder in a 3 inch space you can :)

also .. this should be an edit.
also the diameter is only about an inch or less.
xana .. the thing is pretty solid. and it took 6 months to make /get . so im really happy about it . i think , in my opinion it is nicer than the ones i have seen available . it is more acuarrate and it spins supper fast. it was taken from a 3 d model

Have you held one of mine to compare it to? I don't think so. And if that hilt is made by who I think it's made by, he ripped a lot of it off of our design, and that is not more accurate at all.

Wow! very nice Starkiller you have there!
I ran into the same issue on my MHS based Starkiller ( I really had little space with an Igniter R2 with Tru-color board, ended up using 2 14650's side by side in my home made rail system(notice the 1/4" 4-40 threaded stand-off's used in the rail, there is a total of 2 brass nuts, the rest being 4-40 allen heads and aluminum stand-off's

this one measures out at 13" if I had another 1" or so in length I beleive I could have made 18650's work (the crystal chamber and mounts get in the way)

I yes I would love a VV and give them much credit for alot of the engineering and techniques used

"It's nice, not thrilling, but nice." My opinion still stands though that Vader's Vault and Ro-Lightsabers have the best Starkiller sabers that I've seen. If I had the money I'd try to get my hands on one of theirs in a heartbeat.

Thanks for the compliments!, I wanted a VV too, just hard to come off a couple of house payments and the looonnng wait, plus I wanted 9 colors with 9 fonts (a little more accurate to the game and holocron blade color changes) so yes the VV is nice if you have the coin and time
