So yeah, made a new one, I have always wanted an orange blade. Here it is:

Way nice killer saber. Is that a cut groove on the lower part of the body? really like the orange blade. The whole hilt goes together nicely too. Is that a real Gibson I see back there too? :P Or is it an Epiphone? Also what sound did you go for? =]

Can't be a Les Paul. It looks like an SG, if I'm seeing the hooked body right.

Saber looks great. I love the use of the light-less switch. Very underrated.

Les paul's dont have that flowery inlay, SG 100%

Yeah, it is a Gibson SG :) Bought it in Canada some years ago, I love it!
The orange is so much brighter than I expected, it's really nice!
And thanks for the comments about my room :) I'm a complete geek soooo I build a lot of models ;) Haha!

I absolutely love this lightsaber and I think it'll be my main one from now on :)

thats a very nice first build! did you manage to get sound in it too?

whats sad is i can name off every one of the gundam kits you have on your shelves... and most likely correctly guess their grades lol

Very nice saber, I really dig the orange. I really dig the design as well. ;)
But I really want to see the full sized Serenity poster with River in the front :)

I have seen several. Customs mostly, but higher end LP's can be had with inlays other than 'dots'

Holy Gundam collection, Batman! And that Orange saber is bright! What are you using? A buddy of mine has an orange, but his is so dim.

I was referring to the headstock inlay. Any guitar with that particular one I've seen has been an SG. The customs have a weird diamond pattern usually.

Cheers all :) Yeah It's taken me some years to collect and build these models but they are so fun :D I'm glad you like them too :D
The orange LED is a Luxeon Rebel Star (Amber). It's brilliant!
This is tenchnically my second build btw but I do have one in pieces waiting to be built :)
There is sound in it and a nice high quality speaker :) At the moment I have the Starkiller sounds but I will probably change them as they seem a bit dull to me :\
