Questions on the drilling services

Okay, I'm near to ordering my pieces for my saber and I was wondering...Basically how 'accurate' can the positioning be. Basically, I'd like the switch hole on one piece and blade retention screw on another to be relatively lined up, is that possible?

Tim can make any holes you need drilled as accurate as you give him the specifications for. So it entirely depends on how well you measure it.

And yes it's absolutely possible to line up holes on different parts. Tim can also do this for you but he's gonna need to know what you want and where you want it. Without indexing your parts you can't just drill a hole randomly and expect it to line up.
