I am having some trouble removing my clash sensor on my vader, would it be possible to use a hasbro clash sensor and connect it to the gray wire on the vader saber?

I am not sure on that one, since the MR board is more costly than the Hasbro board I would go with caution and use the MR clash sensor. You can drill a small hole on either side of the of the pin that holds the led strip into the blade and use a pair of needle nose pliers to pull the pin out.

or you can use a nail punch and a finnishing hammer to push the pin in, that is what i did. just make sure it is all the way through before you pull the led strip out. mine wasn't and i cracked the blade so i had to cut it down 3 inches
