Chassis/ switch problems

I am trying to build a chassis for a lightsaber of mine but i cannot seem to find or figure out how to build it around my switches AND connect it to my Crystal Chamber, part of the problem is I dont know exact ID of the peices like the V grooved extention i do know that there is a diameter change wich is killing me as well here are some pics to help you see what i am talking about, remember these are all first drafts

Read the descriptions of the Chassis Discs in the store and you should be able to figure out what you need to make this work. Chassis Disc 3 fits the ribbed sections, and the middle ring of holes on Chassis Disc 2 are made to fit threads through a ribbed section. The diameters you are looking for are listed there as well.

I appeciate the input, however the problem i am having is getting around the av switches with my chassis. I am thinking I am going to have to go with two separate pieces the crystal chamber and the lower chassis.
