Udoho Helil (FeMonKy)’s Saber Build BlogThe concept behind this build was to create a functional stunt saber for the cheapest price combined with ease of construction. The modular wiring system is a godsend. I can put off learning to solder for a little while longer...
I dub this saber “The Vow of Poverty”
Take care of this monster

You've gotta have a Google Docs account to see the pics (luckily I have but others may not). Consider another host for the pics...

First few pics... Interesting...

Last few pics, I think you accomplished your task, sir. Simple saber. Not much to it, but it's what you wanted. :)

Seems very practical, especially for a shoto. I like it.

Nice post, I think you stole my shirt.

I see 2 pairs of pliers and a tiny scissors, for the MPS clip? Congrats on your saber! Now you just have to resist the urge to smack everyone with it in a 5 mile radius.

When I get time tonight, I'll repost the pics.
I was unsure which tools would work for that mps clip so I brought everything with me.

The proper tool (and safest one) is a set of snap-ring pliers. Wear eye protection too, in case it slips.
