Anakin AOTC LED Conversion

Hi all, new to these forums so figured this was a good place to post to start with.

I'm wanting to do a AOTC Anakin conversion, but see that there is no kit for this particular saber in the store. Wondering if the 2005 Vader kit would work the same, since in theory they're the same saber?

Has anyone done one and has a guide? I tried to find one, but could only find completed sabers or Vader tutorials.

I actually found disassembly guide. Looks not terrible to take apart. It's the reassembly I'm more interested in.

The part he uses, looks like a plastic electronics unit from another saber? Any idea where that shows up in the store? He called it a 6-16...

I would probably prefer to use the existing MR sound with a luxeon, ala the standard conversion, rather than change to another sound card, but finding information on it is hard.

He is right in the video though, after getting one of these and converting it, definitely won't be dueling with it, just want it to have the removable blade and LED for show really, so I can display it with a blade plug or with blade.

You cant use the existing sound card in an AOTC. Its not made for LED. Its made for EL wire.
