I feel like I'm the only one posting here. I apologize if I'm posting too often, but I was curious as to where I could purchase a rubber grip that would fit the hilt... Thanks guys.

I apologize for not being more specific. I meant more like this: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/848/saber2.png/

2 layers of high-quality heatshrink could do. Not sold in here though.

Here's where I bought mine. They have smooth, textured and many different thicknesses. I chose adhesive backed for mine.

What kind of thickness do you use?

Well to be honest, I have never used any on a saber (though that's what I originally bought it for, lol). Just use what ever thickness you like. It's a matter of personal preference and what you think will look right on the saber. I think mine was 1/16" thick. I recommend the textured stuff. The smooth is "blah".

Alright. That's fine. I appreciate it.

I have used 1.5" rubber heatshrink for grips, and can honestly say it is great stuff. I buy mine at a local store, so can't tell you were to get it online...

Maybe make a build thread and consolidate all of your questions there? You're going to own the entire front page by the end of the week.

lol, that's a good idea. Why doesn't anyone else post? There are tons of users, but no one has questions.

Alot of the users here try and find answers by searching the forums before posting a thread

Others post build logs or sabers in the gallery section or discuss new technologies in that part of the forum

Since you are new and have lots of questions try and find the answers that you are looking for before starting a new thread

I agree that you should post a build thraed where you ask questions and get feedback from other users

You're right. I do apologize. I have been reading quite a bit. Maybe I should have looked harder before I asked questions though.

Also, I have been trying to join fx saber's forum for so long now. I register, and it says that I have to wait for the admin to accept my request. I did it months ago, and have tried 2 more times. I never get an acceptance or any response at all... I looked everwhere, but I didn't want to start another thread about it. Any answers would be awesome.
