here is the design, PVC as always. I still am not 100% on the emitter but its gonna be awesome!
Im thinking Royal Blue. The color scheme is 100% either. I def. think its going to have the weathered look, just painting PVC makes it look fake.. if that makes sense.

I personally like the emitter, you could however cut the inner part of it at a 30 degree angle to give it a little more character. Anyhow it looks like it's going to be a nice looking saber regardless, and yes just plain painted PVC looking too fake makes perfect sense :)
