Colour?

Hi I am getting my first Led blade, and I was wondering is there any colour that keeps its colour in the light. Example: A red saber would be pink in the light.

None of them do well at all in daylight. You'd be lucky to tell if the saber is on in broad daylight.

For indoors lighted, they're all fine. They won't blend and fade. In an extremely well lit room it won't look like "OMG, bright!" but it stil stays in color.

Also Is there any colour(s) that have white in the middle and the otehr colour on the outside? Cause thats the look I am going for I dont really like the solid colour.

Ewok you really do want to read throught the FAQ and thread index as you are asking the classic questions that tend to start making folks lose patience. We try real hard to have a great forum that people can get on and have a great time learning and not being restricted on what is said or having someone just post "go read this" and then lock the dang topic. You ain't gettin' two colors easy dude.

There is one way to do that... it's a lot of work. No one sells them and hardly anyone uses them either because of their drawbacks. It rattles and probably not the best if you plan on dueling.

I detailed this a bit ago, but it's easier to read Corbin_Das' Saber Manual (http://www.corbinscomponents.com/manual21.pdf)

Even so I may try this out sometime to say I did it. Unless you want to go that way you're stuck because no lightsaber system in existance can give you a white core and colored aura.

EDIT: James is a bit snippy at the moment... Do try to make seperate topics for seperate questions. It's really hard to help others when threads become personal Q&A's. That's why even though there is some nice stuff posted I'd never index HMC's montrosity of a thread sitting here on the first page.

I'm going to make a thread or FAQ entry for the core issue... it's come up enough times now.
