Anakin/Darth Vader Soundboard 2010 Removable Blade Problem

I have got my Darth Vader 2010 Saber and it workt great for a few days. But now all is ratteling.
I disassembled the sword and got to the Soundboard and there it was the rattling on the underside
of the Soundboard is a black Dot and in it there is something defect. Can i do something or is it damaged?

The Sword start for a sec with sound and everything but then goes off.

I hope maybe someone can help me..

Step one: try fresh batteries. If that doesn't help, then look for loose wires. Swing sensors have a ball bearing in them that rattles when you shake it, that may be what you are hearing. The rattling from the swing sensor is normal.
