Hi ! I found some really nice green LED's . They are 3mm , 8000mcd , 5-15ma . The only problem is that they are 20 degrees . I am planning on making 4 strips , about 70 led's each . Do you think the blade will be even , without dim spots ? Also do you think they will fit in a standard tcss 1 inch blade ? Thanks .

The angle is too shallow. Most of the light they emit will be directed at the tip of the blade rather than the sides. You could use a single strip of 45 degree leds and it would probably be brighter.
