First off let me apologize if this has already been posted and I just skimmed past it.

For the most part this has disassembled exactly as the other Vaders listed above. However I'm here....

this is located underneath the thumb switch, and I'm guessing that it's 1(or2) pieces of all-thread that go all the way through the saber form side to side to hold the internals in. Before I take a dremel tool cutting wheel and groove it so I can screw it back out, I was wondering if anyone can confirm my theories.

Are there threaded holes present there on other models? All the pictures I've seen still have the button sleeve still on.

Thanks a ton guys.

Chances are that is a pin, and not a screw. You'll have to use a hammer and punch to tap it out.

It was in fact a pin, thanks Jay. Backed out really easily, pulled it out the rest of the way with some pliers. Used a pen to push the internals out through the top.

I think I'm going to see if I can re-sheath the internals in a combination of PVC and HIPS as my first project before I move into Lathes and whatnot :D
