Luxeon?

I have a quick question about the Luxeon blade. I saw on another site that it said that it is a class 2 laser emited from the hilt, does class 2 mean that it is a super bright LED? I did try and look up what the different classes in lasers were but all the sites I found were very technical.

Also is the Luxeon blade strong enough for dueling?

answer.... yes a luxeon led is a super bright led, and is also class 2 laser device (i.e do not look directly into it or you risk retinal damage), and as far as dueling goes, it really depends on the type of material is used. for dueling i would use the thick walled polycarbonate that Tim sells in the shop (1" for led sabers or 3/4" can also be used, although it might not be in stock)
