Ok so, here is what I have for a real basic, stunt saber I hope to have built by Halloween.

NOTE: I have the pommel and choke already, it is why they are not listed.

Hilt style 4 with guarded style switch hole
Screw on LED blade holder style 18 "new style"
MHS "new style" Heat Sink
Main Body Powder Coating (Jollipop Copper Orange ) (SH42)
Blade Holder Powder Coating (Jollipop Copper Orange) (B182)
Luxeon Rebel Lens Holder
Luxeon Collimator Lens 8.7 deg viewing angle
Luxeon Rebel Star (Red-Orange)
4-40 Nylon Screw (x4)
Drill & Tap Hole (8-32)
8-32 x 3/8" aluminum thumb screw
2AA Battery holder
1.2ohm 3w resistor
SPST Latching Guarded switch with silver button

Big thanks to Cordaroyfog, Silver Serpent, MedicineMan, and Xanatos1986 for guiding me through this process!

Some wires, a blade, and a lot of patience and you'll have it..( maybe you can add a covertec wheel )

only issue I see is that you have powder coating planned.
Halloween is only just over a week away and powder coating requires lead time. See this note from the powder coating services section of the store:

Orders with Powder coating may take up to 3 weeks before they ship.

Unless you have talked to Tim to ensure that he can have this done in time, I don't think you are going to make your deadline.

It won't be, and that's ok. I'm a long time star wars fan and I've always wanted my own custom saber. This is just the first stop in what I hope to be a hobby, so it's more about just getting the saber. I have a backup plan for the Halloween party anyways; Steampunk outfit!
