Scratch Machined V2 by LDM

This is a fully hand machined V2. It started life as a solid 1.5" OD Aluminum bar. I built her with the intention that she have a uni-body design for the purpose of dueling durability. She is indeed a uni-body saber (to the level of the Graflex clamp) and should handle any beating that she takes. The ID of the saber is only 1" so my electronics choices were somewhat limited. I managed to get some high end stuff in there including a faux crystal chamber, Crystal Pommel, PC and 18650 battery pack. A hidden set screw holds the pommel on and this saber uses a touch plate activation system. Recharge/kill is in the pommel. The pommel, clamp, and PJ lever and card are the only parts of this saber not machined by me, although I did significantly modify the MHS pommel to be prop accurate. In the build album you will be able to see this saber compared to an MR ROTJ and an MHS ROTJ should you so desire. Well, that is that...on to the next thing...
