Here are some pictures of my first light saber. It uses a Hasbro 2010 economy board and a 2 watt speaker as sound and a royal blue rebel with a 34" by 3/4" blade as light. Also, I am using a 8-32 screw to hold the blade, however, the blade is not too secure with this and it is off center of the led. Is there anyway to fix this? Thank You.

You need to order a 1" to 3/4" reducer.

Oh.
I live in Canada so that could take a while. Is there anything I could make my self in the mean time? Thank You.

Ok so I ended up just using the original blade that came with the Hasbro saber and cutting it to use as a adaptor. I'll probably buy or make a 1" blade soon.

Nice saber. Its simple yet stylish. If you get the money you should go for Petit Crouton and a 1 inch battle blade. The 1 inch battle blade would work so much better for you. Plus you already know soundboard wiring so you should be good. You would just need to get 2 buttons. I suggest 2 lighted buttons because they look cool on sabers, and the activation box with the
pre-drilled hole for the re-charge port. Its just a suggestion though. Hope you get your saber fixed up in the mean time. =]

They have 3/4" PVC pipe you can use. I use them for my PVC sabers. The work great!!

Just be careful if you plan to fight with these at all as PVC is very brittle and can fly off in sharp pieces that can cause some serious injury. I speak from experience on this.
