First there were parts ordered

The parts arrived

The parts were painted, baked and then assembled

Man 18650's don't leave much room for anything else in the hilt :P

I got it all together and working and then couldn't get everything in the hilt. So I had to remove almost all of my connectors and direct solder most of the wires to get rid of extra wire and the connectors to make room for everything.

But it looks great and sounds great with no "real" issues.

Thanks to everyone for your fantastic tutorials and information that allowed me to do this without pestering anyone about how to do it :)

Nice work. I especially like the colour scheme.

Hey Congrats! Look alright. A little long but otherwise nice job. You should grind down the thumbscrews though. What colour is the light brownish looking one? Hard to tell from the pics. Try mixing the discs. Some combos look decent too.

I think the brown color is from my carpet assuming you're talking about the last picture. It is just the White LED unfiltered.

Yeah I am going to cut down the thumb screws so they don't stick out. I plan on replacing them with something that isn't quite so loud. I don't like the red as much as I thought I would especially the way they look with my color scheme.

I bought the Seoul P4 white because I thought I would like to use the filters and create custom colors (which I still will do - but probably only for fun or for my daughter's saber when we build it) but I really like the Rebel Red-Orange and the Seoul P4 Blue right out of the box.

I would stick with the Rebel Red-Orange because this saber screams Sith. Killer first saber. Unless you're a Jedi at heart then stick with the blue. xp

Nice saber! Great build, but the purple green and goldish/brown colors are kind of ……
But I like it all silver! That looks great!
And the design is a bit long but I love how you used the new emitter!
So glad it’s not another Luke look-a-like! But those colors……..

Yeah the Rebel Red-Orange and the Seoul P4 Blue are my two favorites of the ones I have.

I tend to favor the light side, but then what good is light without a bit of dark anyways :)

I intended for the Gold to be more Brassy and brighter, but that being said I was pleasantly surprised when it came out the way it did. I am very happy with the way it all turned out.
all silver/bare aluminum is boring to me :) so I had to do something. Though I probably could have left some aluminum in there. In any case the aluminum will come back as the paint wears and it starts to look a bit weathered :)

You are right! You should be the one to LOVE the saber! I still think this is a sick saber! If sabers were real; I would be a lil spooked of yours. Because it does look powerful!!
