MHS New head sink & ma saber answer

Hello,
I want to know if the new head sink is compatible with my configuration.
The black circle is a AV switch with benzel

it will work but you are going to have to cut off part of the heatsink so it wont touch the switch. the heatsink will still work just fine after

Or move the switch and box down a bit.

Okay, so now is a good time to ask if anyone has had trouble with the "new style" heat sink in a standard hilt #2 with the gaurded switch? I have'nt tried the new heat sink set up yet. I'm getting ready to, looks to me like one of the gaurded switches would just barely touch the new heatsink.

lol that pic is of my build lol yes just cut it, copper is suppose to be soft but it took 2 reeinforced dremel cutting discs lol. cut it you will be fine. Wendor you should be ok my fist saber used the old heatsink and my new one uses the new heatsink. i was intimidated at first too. everything will be ok guys and girls and good luck.

Cool. I think on this build I'm going to document it. So, I guess I won't get to worried :)
