nte 197?

just found a transistor laying around the garage and wondered if anybody had used one. its from nte electronics inc. and is labeled as nte197. its a pnp and thats about all i know about it. any info or newb re-directing (as i am proned to missing info the first 37,000 times i look for it) would be awsome.

Based on this, http://www.nteinc.com/specs/100to199/pdf/nte196.pdf I'd say it's probably a bit too much for a saber hilt (more than a bit? :) ). You can google the part number for more info, too.
