first post. apologies for lacking a clever expose or anything. but short version: thanks to asian fashion - particularly a nifty trend called 'deep hoods' - i have been able to purchase what constitutes (for me) a much easier alternative to crafting any more damn cloaks/capes/robes (and believe me, i've made a fair few, what with the combined 40 years of star wars, harry potter, and SCA nerdlery) and also is subtle enough to be worn on a daily basis. so yeah check out http://www.yesstyle.com and also the recent purchases i have made. i am still awaiting delivery on the majority of items, but i'll post a complete pic/set when it all gets here:
