My second saber experiment before I dive head first into the world of aluminium, MHS and petit crouton :)

This is my Rahm Kota PVC lightsaber with Lux 3 led green and a qui-gon econo board. In every PVC build I try and learn something new. This time I learned how to install a kill switch (with custom rebel logo kill key) and how to mess up the soldering on an econo board AND fixing it again :)

I love the Rahm Kota design and it's an easy one to tackle with standard PVC parts. This is what I came up with:

You're putting the PVC sabers that I made for my kids to shame, but that's ok. I love the ones you've made (this and the Ahsoka twins). The leather wrap is spectacular!

Very nice!

"Tsukamaki" is very good.
Kill key seems to be "mekugi", and nice also.

For a PVC, that's one awesome saber right there.

The Kota design is awesome, I really like the way you "hid" the AV and recharge port into the wraps.

O.o then you have REALLY strong hands... i've tried it before and my hands kept cramping up and i was worn out by the time i was done.

Well done Master Jevaho! Your tsukamaki is consistent & the mekugi type kill plug is a nice touch.

I like it... it simply says.."lightsaber"... so many sabers with all the "exposed this" or "reveal that" miss some of that simple efficiency in design.. looks like a tool/weapon.. and very nice job on the kill key and I BET that thing can take a real beating.. so its going to have a great life(ask your sabers, they dont all want to sit on the shelf all day... boooo). WINNER, right here folks

Thanks for the kind words people. Concerning the Tsukamaki, I used a little trick: On the sides of the tube I put some doublesided tape to keep the leather in place during wrapping. It worked out great, and no hands cramping up.
