Ultrasound 2.5 problem

Hi all. I purchased an UltraSound 2.5 from Novaconceptions in December last year. I just tried setting it up yesterday to find out that the LED driver is not working. I metered the output from the board and get no reading on my meter. The sound and sound effects are working just fine. I have not connected LEDs to the secondary outputs so I do not know if they work.

Anyone have any recommendations for me?

sorry dazzlah, that's a fairly taboo subject over here - too many hard feelings about the bad business practices with that seller etc... if i were you, i would feel lucky that you got one at all, working or not. if you ask about it over at FX-sabers you should be able to find someone that can make it work for you.
