HELP my first lightsaber

I am making my first lightsaber and I don’t know how to wire the thing I want to use a cheap Hasbro sound card and a mom switch to turn on the lightsaber I want a power level meter and a 2.1mm power port I also want rechargeable batteries but do not know what kind to get and what kind of light should I get
